What Is A ROAS Target?
ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend) target refers to the desired ratio of revenue generated to the amount spent on advertising. Us advertisers use ROAS targets to aim for specific campaign performance. The target can vary based on many factors these include factors such as Industry Standards, Profit Margins, Marketing Objectives & many more metrics.
Note – Your target ROAS does not take into consideration all aspects of your business i.e. profit margins or ROI (Return on Investment). If you do not know what your average monthly revenue is from ads then put in an estimate return that would cover your ideal profit margins. This will give us somewhere to start.
